I've spent my career at the intersection of hospitality technology and the guest experience, helping turn innovative ideas into billion-dollar, global businesses. If you've ever shopped at a Square merchant, used a self-order kiosk at Burger King, ordered Chipotle for delivery, made a restaurant reservation using Resy, or loaded your Amex Card into GooglePay, ApplePay, or Samsung Pay, I'm honored to let you know that you've used technology that I have played a role in bringing to life.
