Built Guest Ranking and Channeled Inventory
Developed guest rating and inventory channeling system that identified Resy's "best" guests, then allowed restaurants to privately "channel" their best inventory to those guests before the general public. This caught the attention of Amex and today allows Platinum and Centurion card members to have priority access to the best reservations around the world as part of the American Express Global Dining Network.

Led Mobile Wallet Products for at Amex
Transitioned internally to the Amex Labs Team following the acquisition of Resy by American Express in 2020. Managed product development of all mobile wallet products on behalf of American Express including Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay enabling Card Members to tap and pay using their American Express cards on mobile devices globally.
